Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or Diploma) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience in power electronics design for LED lighting.
• Experience with SPICE or similar simulation tools.
• Knowledge of IEC/IS standards, EMI/EMC, and thermal management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop power electronic circuits for LED lighting products — SMPS, LED drivers, and fixtures.
• Schematic design, simulation, component selection, and PCB design collaboration.
• Optimize designs for efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Test and validate prototypes; troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
• Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams on product industrialization.
• Document designs, participate in design reviews, and stay current with emerging standards.

This is a chance to work on real, ground-up product development inside a technologically driven, long-standing electronics company.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (or Diploma) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field

What you'll do:

• Design and develop power electronic circuits for LED lighting products — SMPS, LED drivers, and fixtures
• Handle schematic design, simulation, component selection, and PCB design collaboration
• Optimize designs for efficiency, reliability, and safety
• Test and validate prototypes; troubleshoot and resolve design issues
• Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams on product industrialization
• Document designs, participate in design reviews, and stay current with emerging standards

What you bring:

• Strong foundation in circuit design, especially power electronics and LED driver design
• Proficiency in analog circuit design, analysis, and optimization
• Hands-on experience with SPICE or similar simulation tools, PCB workflows, and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers)
• Working knowledge of IEC/IS standards, EMI/EMC, and thermal management — a strong plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a cross-functional, on-site environment
