Job summary

Prohire Consulting seeks an experienced lighting electronics engineer in Pune to drive end-to-end product development for automotive lighting systems. You will oversee design and validation of lighting electronics, LEDs, PCB and wiring harness concepts, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing and suppliers.

The role emphasizes DFMEA, DVP tests, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on leadership and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in lighting electronics design and development for automotive or similar domains.
• Proven ability in leading cross-functional teams through product development lifecycle.
• Familiar with DFMEA, DVP, PPAP and regulatory compliance processes.
• Experience with PCB/LED/connector design and wiring harness is advantageous.
