Job summary

Infosys Limited in Pune is hiring a Power BI On Fabric Developer to optimize analytics solutions. You will work on performance tuning, security, and integration across Fabric, SQL Server, and ADLS, while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable BI solutions.

Responsibilities include deployment automation, governance, and monitoring of Fabric pipelines and Power BI refresh cycles, with opportunities to grow within Infosys' Data & Analytics practice.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Power BI experience with DAX, Power Query/M and data modeling.
• Experience integrating Power BI with Fabric and data sources like SQL/ADLS.
• Knowledge of security controls, governance and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Power BI performance via DAX, query, model and refresh tuning.
• Implement Row-Level Security and access controls.
• Integrate Power BI with Fabric Warehouse/Lakehouse and other sources.
• Monitor Fabric pipelines, notebooks, semantic models, and refresh issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics.
• Apply deployment lifecycle using Git, pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Enforce data governance, naming standards, metadata, workspace security.

Responsibilities Optimize Power BI performance using DAX optimization, query reduction, model optimization, aggregations, partitioning, and incremental refresh.Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and security/access controls.Integrate Power BI with Fabric Warehouse/Lakehouse, SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, and other enterprise data sources.Monitor and troubleshoot Fabric pipelines, notebooks, semantic models, and Power BI refresh/performance issues.Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Implement deployment and lifecycle management using Git integration, deployment pipelines, and Azure DevOps.Apply data governance, naming standards, metadata management, and workspace/security best practices.Experience with Microsoft Purview, Fabric monitoring, OneLake, and Fabric capacity management is an advantage.
