Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Power BI on Fabric specialist to design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards aligned to business KPIs. You will build semantic models, measures, and calculations, ensuring reliable reporting across Fabric-enabled workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, implement governance basics, and document data definitions for maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology/science or equivalent.
• 2–3 years delivering BI solutions with Power BI on Fabric.
• Experience with data modeling fundamentals and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

PowerBI on Fabric Primary skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Technology/Computer Applications/Science (BTech/BE/BSc/MCA or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of experience delivering BI solutions using Power BI on Fabric.
• Working experience with Microsoft Fabric concepts and components relevant to reporting and analytics delivery.
• Strong understanding of data modeling fundamentals and building reliable metrics for reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing end-to-end reporting solutions within Microsoft Fabric environments, including structured deployment and workspace practices.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query for building reusable measures, transformations, and scalable models.
• Exposure to Lakehouse/Warehouse-based reporting patterns and working with curated datasets for enterprise BI.
• Experience with performance tuning for datasets and reports, including model optimization and visual efficiency improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to define KPI frameworks, build executive-ready dashboards, and drive adoption through user-centric design.
