Naveera Tech is looking for a Power BI Lead in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, to drive the technical execution of their BI strategy. This full-time role involves advanced data engineering and visualization using Power BI, SQL, and AWS.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building data pipelines, managing analytics, and delivering high-quality dashboard interfaces using AI tools. A background in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 to 15 years of experience with expert-level SQL, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Service.
• Prior experience using Copilot AI within Power BI and proficiency in at least one other AI productivity tool.
• Proven track record building data pipelines and working within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
• Deep experience connecting Power BI to AWS-based data warehouses.
• Strong grounding in data warehousing and dimensional modeling.

Responsibilities

• Architect robust semantic models and write complex DAX and Power Query.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and dimensional models.
• Ownership of Power BI Gateway setup and integration with AWS databases.

UI/UX Design: Deliver “boardroom-ready,” aesthetically superior dashboards that simplify complex healthcare data.**Mandatory Requirements** Technical Mastery: 810 years of experience with expert-level SQL, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Service.
