Key duties and responsibilities

Reasons for position : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into insightful and visually appealing dashboards and reports that drive business decisions. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis, report creation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

1. Report Development and Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Implement data‑driven solutions that meet business needs and align with stakeholders' requirements.
2. Data Preparation and Transformation: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources. Optimize data models for performance and usability in Power BI.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements. Provide technical support to users for Power BI‑related tasks.
4. Data Integration and Connectivity: Connect Power BI to diverse data sources like SQL databases, Excel, and cloud‑based platforms. Ensure secure and reliable data connections.
5. Quality Assurance: Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy in reports. Troubleshoot and resolve data‑related issues.
6. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and enhance dashboard performance. Stay updated on Power BI features and best practices, implementing new functionalities to improve reporting.
