Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 35 years of experience in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and SQL, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.


• Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs to meet business reporting requirements.


• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using Power Query (M language).


• Design and optimize data models, including star and snowflake schemas and relationships.


• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and validate data from relational databases.


• Configure Power BI Service workspaces, scheduled refreshes, gateways, and report access.


• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and appropriate data access controls.


• Optimize report performance, DAX calculations, and data models.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and data engineering teams to understand reporting requirements.


• Perform data validation, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure data accuracy.


• Support report deployments, enhancements, and production issues.


• Maintain technical documentation and follow BI development best practices.

Required Technical Skills
