Job summary

Chain IQ Group AG in Mumbai seeks an experienced Power BI analytics specialist to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, semantic models, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting assets.

You will translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions, collaborate with Data Engineering and Governance teams, and advance self-service analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Proficiency with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and modern analytics tooling.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modelling, analytical design patterns, and BI concepts.
• Experience building reusable analytical assets rather than one-off reports.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
• Understanding KPI design, metric management, and reporting governance.
• Experience with large datasets and performance optimization.

• Develop and maintain reusable semantic models, business measures, KPI frameworks, and analytical data structures.
• Translate business requirements into governed analytical solutions aligned with enterprise data products and standards.
• Partner with Procurement Intelligence and business stakeholders to define metrics, reporting requirements, and decision-support capabilities.
• Contribute to the development of self-service analytics capabilities through reusable datasets, templates, and reporting patterns.
• Ensure consistency of business definitions, calculations, and reporting logic across analytical solutions.
• Optimize analytical models, queries, and datasets to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Support data quality validation and reporting assurance activities.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Governance teams to ensure analytical assets align with enterprise data models and controls.
• Identify opportunities to simplify reporting landscapes through standardization, automation, and reusable analytical assets.
