Job summary

Qualitest is seeking a data analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. You will gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to translate business requirements into KPIs, metrics, and visualizations.

You will create automated data pipelines and reporting workflows, perform data modeling and validation to ensure data quality, and develop executive-level dashboards for productivity, operational performance, cost

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Data Analytics / BI.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (Dashboards, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Excel (Advanced) including Power Pivot and Power Query.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Excel (Advanced) including Power Pivot and Power Query.
• Good understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or R for analytics.
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Fabric, or Snowflake.
• Understanding statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and Copilot-enabled reporting.
• Experience in engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, or R&D environments is an advantage.
