Job summary

Proclink is seeking an experienced Power BI and data analytics professional to design and deploy advanced reports and dashboards in a data-driven environment.

You will build data models, optimize queries, and collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, ensuring data security and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in Power BI and data analytics domain.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop & Service.
• Strong expertise in DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M).
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
• Good experience in SQL (joins, CTEs, performance tuning).
• Understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing.
• Experience with row-level security (RLS) in Power BI.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Design and implement data models (star/snowflake schema).
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy.
• Optimize report performance and manage large datasets.
• Build complex DAX measures and manage data modeling.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define KPIs.
• Understand and contribute to end-to-end data architecture.
• Handle data refreshes, scheduling, and deployment.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance.
• Maintain documentation for reports and data models.
