This position focuses on delivering scalable BI solutions across our organization, leveraging Power BI Desktop and Service, with emphasis on data quality and security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Service.
• Advanced DAX and Power Query (M Language) skills.
• Experience with data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake).
• Strong SQL skills and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Row Level Security (RLS) and Power BI administration basics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Build optimized data models using Power BI Desktop.
• Write advanced DAX measures and calculations.
• Connect and transform data with Power Query (M Language).
• Integrate data from sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, and APIs.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, and modern BI solutions along with Healthcare Knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, enabling datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Build optimized data models using Power BI Desktop.
• Write advanced DAX measures and calculations.
• Connect, transform, and manipulate data using Power Query (M Language).
• Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, APIs, etc.
• Ensure performance optimization through query tuning, data modeling best practices, and incremental refresh.
• Deploy and maintain solutions in the Power BI Service (Workspaces, Gateways, Row-Level Security).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions.
• Implement data governance, quality standards, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot existing reports and resolve data discrepancies.
