Job summary

Artech in Karnataka, India is seeking an experienced SRE&A Reporting professional to build and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and governance analytics using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will develop DAX measures, data models, and KPI dashboards, automate workflows, and deliver executive leadership reporting with accuracy. Collaboration with engineering, operations, and governance teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Automation, Business Intelligence, or related functions.
• 5+ years hands-on Power BI development experience.
• 5+ years experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong expertise in DAX & Data Modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Governance and compliance reporting experience.
• Experience with Confluence administration.
• Experience with SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Functional Testing and UAT.
• Experience with Data validation and data QA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational, governance, and leadership reporting.
• Develop complex DAX measures, data models, calculations, and reporting logic.
• Build KPI and metrics dashboards that provide visibility into performance.
• Develop Power Apps to digitize and streamline business and governance processes.
• Design and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and transform it into insights for management reporting.
• Develop and maintain executive and leadership reporting with accuracy and clarity.
• Support governance and compliance reporting, tracking key metrics and deliverables.
• Build advanced reporting and analytical solutions using Excel.
• Maintain and administer team content and reporting artifacts in Confluence and SharePoint Online.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable dashboards and automation.
• Perform functional testing, UAT, data validation, and QA for dashboards, reports, apps, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting through automation and process improvements.

Role Summary

The SRE&A Reporting and Governance team is looking for an experienced professional specializing in Business Intelligence, reporting, workflow automation, and governance. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting solutions, dashboards, automated workflows, and governance reporting that provide actionable insights to engineering teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, data analysis, and executive reporting, with the ability to translate business and operational requirements into effective reporting and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational, governance, and leadership reporting.
• Develop complex DAX measures, data models, calculations, and reporting logic.
• Build KPI and metrics dashboards that provide clear visibility into operational and organizational performance.
• Develop Power Apps to digitize and streamline business and governance processes.
• Design and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and transform it into meaningful insights and management reporting.
• Develop and maintain executive and leadership reporting, with an emphasis on accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.

• Maintain and administer team content and reporting artifacts in Confluence and SharePoint Online.
