Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards, and analytical solutions.
• Write and optimize SQL/T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, joins, CTEs, and database objects for reporting.
• Build data models using dimensional modeling and Star Schema concepts.
• Develop Power BI solutions using Power Query, DAX, relationships, filters, and interactive visualizations.
• Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple structured data sources for reporting.
• Support ETL/data integration processes using SQL and preferably Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and follow data governance practices.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across reports and SQL queries.
• Translate business requirements into dashboards and analytics; collaborate with users, data engineers, and stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Power BI Developer / SQL Developer with 2-4 years of experience in developing business intelligence, reporting, and data analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Power BI, SQL/T‑SQL, data modeling, dashboard development, and data visualization, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful business insights.

The role involves developing interactive dashboards and reports, writing and optimizing SQL queries, integrating data from multiple sources, and supporting ETL processes. Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Python/PySpark, and modern data warehousing concepts will be an added advantage.
