• Provide end to end support for POC (migration of BOTS from UiPath to Power Automate).

• Assess current UiPath bots and document workflows, dependencies and integrations.
• Redesign and rebuild automation processes in Power Automate (Cloud Desktop).
• Ensure functional parity between migrated bots and legacy UiPath processes.
• Optimize bots for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability in Power Automate.
• Implement governance, security, and compliance standards during migration.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and provide long-term support
