Job summary

People Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy Power Automate Desktop workflows for business process automation in Bengaluru, India. You will analyze processes and build attended and unattended desktop automations, working with Excel, PDFs, web apps and legacy systems.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in RPA/Automation development and strong hands-on PAD expertise, with good understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Support deployment, monitoring, and post-production maintenance of automations.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate Desktop (PAD) workflows for business process automation

• Build robust attended and unattended desktop automations
• Work with Excel, PDFs, web apps, legacy systems, and desktop applications
• Implement error handling, logging, and exception management in workflows
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of PAD flows
• Support deployment, monitoring, and post-production maintenance of automations
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides
• 3+ years of experience in RPA / Automation development
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
• Good understanding of Power Platform ecosystem
• Experience working with:
• Knowledge of loops, conditions, variables, exception handling
• Basic understanding of SQL / databases (good to have)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues
