Job summary

Rabbit And Tortoise Technology Solutions is seeking a Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and deploy automated workflows for banking operations. The role emphasizes process mining and integration with core banking systems, SharePoint, and Dataverse.

The candidate will analyze business processes, implement automation opportunities, and ensure security and governance in line with banking regulations, while collaborating with stakeholders and documenting solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Power Automate development experience.
• Experience with workflow automation and RPA concepts.
• Knowledge of Power Platform components: Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI.
• Experience with Process Mining tools or Process Advisor.
• Hands-on integration using REST APIs, connectors, and web services.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and SQL databases.
• Understanding of process optimization and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate for banking operations.
• Analyze processes with Process Mining tools to identify automation opportunities.
• Build automation solutions for banking processes like loan processing, KYC, compliance, accounts.

Profile: Power Automate Developer (PAD Developer)

Exp: 2 to 3 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Location: Navi Mumbai/Pune

Pref: Male Candidates only

Role & responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate for banking operations.
• Analyze business processes using Process Mining tools (Power Automate Process Mining / Power Platform Process Advisor) to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Build automation solutions for banking processes such as loan processing, KYC verification, compliance workflows, account management, and document approvals.
• Integrate Power Automate with core banking systems, SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor and optimize automated processes to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement data security, access control, and governance practices aligned with banking regulations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop documentation for automation workflows, process maps, and system integrations.
• Provide support and enhancements for existing automation solutions.

Required Skills:

• 24 years of experience in Power Automate development.
• Experience with workflow automation and RPA concepts.
• Knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI).
• Experience with Process Mining tools or Process Advisor for analyzing workflows.
