Job summary

Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd invites an experienced Power Automate Developer to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end RPA solutions in a Mumbai-based on-site role.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate processes into scalable automation using Power Automate Desktop and Power Platform. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of hands-on experience, strong API integration skills, and a solid understanding of governance and testing practices.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop and Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end RPA and workflow automation solutions.
• Experience with API integrations, connectors, and data migration activities.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, exception handling, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with Power Apps and related Microsoft Power Platform components.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Platform.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Build scalable and reusable automation workflows while ensuring governance standards.
