Job summary

Reliable Hubs Engineering is seeking a powder coating supervisor to develop and implement coating strategies that align with company goals. You will work across departments to ensure operations meet schedules and quality standards, manage two shift activities, and maintain equipment for uninterrupted production.

The role requires hands-on experience with zinc, iron, and nano pretreatments, familiarity with sheet metal coatings, and knowledge of automatic coating lines such as Gema and Wagner.

Qualifications

• Experience with powder coating processes and systems.
• Ability to ensure quality standards for coated parts.
• Experience in planning and managing production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement powder coating strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage two shifts of powder coating operations.
• Ensure components are coated per schedule and dispatch plans.
• Ensure coating quality meets standards and testing as required.
• Oversee production schedules for both shifts in the coating plant.
• Address and resolve customer complaints related to powder coating.
• Have hands-on experience with zinc, iron, and nano pretreatments and processes.
• Maintain powder coating equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Familiar with sheet metal coating and pretreatment processes.
• Operate and understand automatic powder coating lines (Gema/Wagner).

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement powder coating strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives

• Work closely with all relevant department to ensure that powder coating activities are aligned with overall business goals
• Responsible for two shift of powder coating operations.
• Ensure components are coated as per schedule / dispatch plan.
• Ensure powder-coating parts meet quality standards.
• Manage Production schedules of both shift in powder coating plant.
• Resolve customer complain of powder coating internal and external.
• Should be experience in powder coating process,(Zinc , Iron and Nano process and automatic plant operation.
• Responsible for Managing the machine maintenance activity to avoid breakdowns
• Familiarity with the sheet metal components powder coating, Zinc , Iron and nano pre-treatment process.
• Powder coating part testing knowledge.
• Knowledge of automatic powder coating line like Gema / Wagner
