Job summary

Softenger is seeking a PostgreSQL specialist to design, implement and maintain robust database systems in a demanding environment. You will ensure data integrity, security, and high performance while collaborating with development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities include migrations, backups, disaster recovery, and automation of routine tasks. Strong troubleshooting, capacity planning and documentation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in database troubleshooting, hardening, patching.
• Must be able to set up DB clusters.
• Must implement Foreign Data Wrappers.
• Must perform database migrations.
• Nice to have replication experience.
