• Assist formulation scientists in preparing experimental and trial formulation batches.
• Support laboratory-scale formulation development activities as per project requirements.
• Prepare chemicals, excipients, solvents, and materials required for formulation trials.
• Record formulation parameters, observations, results, and process conditions accurately.
• Assist in evaluating physical appearance, stability, compatibility, and performance of formulations.
• Support sample preparation for analytical testing and internal evaluation.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks, worksheets, batch records, and documentation files.
• Follow standard operating procedures and Good Laboratory Practices during all activities.
• Learn formulation techniques, equipment handling, and development workflows under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the formulation laboratory.
• Report experimental deviations, abnormal observations, or safety concerns to seniors.
• Assist in literature searches related to formulation techniques and product development.
• Support inventory tracking of chemicals, excipients, glassware, and consumables.
• Participate in internal training related to safety, documentation, and formulation practices.
• Coordinate with analytical and research teams for sample testing and result follow-up.
