Job Purpose

The role aims to build a strong pipeline of skilled professionals who understand GMP, regulatory compliance and operational excellence in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education Required:
  • 10th Standard: Minimum 75%
  • B.Pharm / B.E/ B.Tech / B.Sc / M. Pharma / M.S.C: Minimum 60%
• Preferred Streams: Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotech, Microbiology, Mechanical, Automotive

Selection Process

1. Online Assessment Test: Candidates will be required to qualify through an aptitude and technical assessment.
2. Personal Interview with respective HOD.
3. Upon joining: sign a two‑years service agreement and submit a refundable security cheque of Rs. 50,000/- . The cheque will be encashed if the trainee resigns or discontinues services before completing the stipulated two‑years period. Upon successful completion of two years of continuous service, the cheque will be returned to the candidate.

Training and Onboarding

• During 1st year: Structured training program, exposure in QC/QA/Engineering/Production functions, mentorship by experienced professionals, exposure to regulated pharma/manufacturing environments.
• Upon successful completion of Training Period (determined through assessment), designation upgraded to Officer/Executive and annual CTC revised (as per our trainee policy) effective 2nd Year.
• 2nd year onwards: part of the Company performance management system where job role and KRA will be defined.

Compensation Offered

• A CTC of Rs. 2,30,000 LPA to 2,75,000 LPA depending on qualification and as per our Trainee Policy.
• After completion of one year training, revised CTC of Rs. 2,75,000 LPA to 3,25,000 LPA depending on assessment and trainee policy.
