Job summary

Glowria Lifecare in Neemrana, Rajasthan, invites a motivated M.Pharm graduate to join our Formulation & Development team. You will assist in formulation development and optimization of pharmaceutical products, support trial batches and laboratory experiments, and help document processes per SOPs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with QA, QC, Production and other departments, adherence to GMP/GLP, and opportunities to learn scale-up and technology transfer.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold an M.Pharm in Pharmacy.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in formulation/R&D.
• Basic knowledge of formulation development and pharmaceutical processes.
• Understanding GMP, GLP, and documentation practices.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and laboratory skills.
• Willingness to learn, perform trials, and work in a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
