Responsibilities

• Manage existing book and execute limit enhancements, renewals, and referrals.
• Own client relationships and be the single point of contact for all client needs.

• Coordinate with BIU, Product, RMs, and Leadership Team to ensure portfolio profitability and hygiene.
• Engage with external and internal clients to grow the book and service quality.
