Job summary

Crisil is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support investor reporting, prepare monthly and quarterly updates, and upload data to consultant and investor portals. You will manage process initiatives, review team members' work, and ensure timely, accurate communication with clients and consultants while maintaining high-quality presentation materials and compliance standards.

This role involves backend data generation, trend analysis of portfolio performance, and coordinating with juniors

Qualifications

• Experience supporting investor reporting and portfolio analytics.
• Knowledge of data aggregation and presentation formatting.
• Familiarity with compliance review processes.

Responsibilities

• Upload data to consultant and investor portals as may be necessary.
• Manage process initiatives and review team members' work.
• Support on other investor reporting tasks based on bandwidth.
• Periodical updates to fund performance presentation materials, prepared for investor reporting purposes, on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Generating backend excel support document from internal portfolio management systems for the purpose of updating the materials.
• Aggregate and analyze relevant data, encompassing historical performance, risk metrics, allocation changes and other quantitative metrics about various portfolios.
• Ensure the best standards of formatting, with an objective to present material in a clear and digestible format.
• Address any legal or compliance-related comments that arise during the review process.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, prospects, and consultants.
• Any other ad hoc tasks.
• Review of tasks performed by juniors, planning workflow deliverables, and handling client communication.
• Overall project management, including service delivery, stakeholder management and quality control.
