Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key business drivers across business segments.
• Develop management presentations and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Monitor business performance against budgets and strategic targets.
• Prepare and maintain Revenue MIS across all product lines, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, Structured Products, and other wealth products.
• Track product-wise, region-wise, and channel-wise revenue performance.
• Identify key trends, opportunities, and risks through data-driven analysis.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance and profitability.
• Build and maintain comprehensive Assets Under Management (AUM) dashboards.
• Track AUM movements, inflows, outflows, market appreciation/depreciation, and net new assets.
• Perform product-wise, segment-wise, branch-wise, and RM-wise AUM analysis.
• Support management with AUM forecasts and growth projections.
• RM-level Performance Scorecards covering revenue achievement, AUM growth, client acquisition, product penetration, productivity metrics, incentive-linked KPIs.

• Prepare and maintain detailed Revenue MIS across all product lines, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, Structured Products, and other wealth products.
• Track product-wise, region-wise, and channel-wise revenue performance.
• Identify key trends, opportunities, and risks through data-driven analysis.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance and profitability.

AUM Analytics

• Build and maintain comprehensive Assets Under Management (AUM) dashboards.
• Track AUM movements, inflows, outflows, market appreciation/depreciation, and net new assets.
• Perform product-wise, segment-wise, branch-wise, and RM-wise AUM analysis.
• Support management with AUM forecasts and growth projections.

RM Performance Reporting

• Build and maintain RM-level Performance Scorecards covering:
  • Revenue achievement
  • AUM growth
  • Client acquisition
  • Product penetration
  • Productivity metrics
  • Incentive-linked KPIs
• Generate periodic performance reports for senior management.
• Provide insights into top and bottom performers and identify improvement opportunities.
