Overall, Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate new product opportunities and recommend differentiated assets for inclusion in the launch pipeline
• Develop and maintain the long-range business plan and 5-year product portfolio roadmap
• Support portfolio prioritization and resource allocation decisions aligned with business objectives

New Product Development & Execution

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, IP, Business Development to ensure timely NPDR execution.
• Track project milestones and proactively mitigate development and launch risks.
• Facilitate governance reviews and support decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

Market Intelligence & Business Insights

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, therapeutic advancements, and emerging business opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support portfolio optimization.
• Lead preparation and presentation of portfolio updates during meetings.

Strategic Projects

• Support evaluation of licensing, partnership, and business development opportunities.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives aimed at portfolio diversification and long-term business sustainability.
• Contribute to forecasting, scenario planning, and commercial assessments for pipeline assets.

Educational Knowledge-
