Job summary

ICF in New Delhi is seeking a policy analyst to conduct in-depth renewable energy policy analysis, benchmark global practices, and support development of actionable recommendations at the client site in New Delhi.

The role requires strong writing, synthesis, and stakeholder facilitation skills to produce policy briefs and leadership notes aligned with client priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: B.Tech in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related) from a recognized institution.

Minimum qualifications:

B.Tech in Engineering disciplines (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related) from a recognized institution.

Minimum experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy policy analysis (think tanks, multilaterals, or government projects).

Preferred competencies / skills:

• Strong policy writing and ability to frame options and trade-offs.




• Research and benchmarking rigor.




• Stakeholder facilitation and synthesis into actionable outputs.
