Job summary

ICF in New Delhi is seeking a policy analyst with at least 5 years of renewable energy policy experience to conduct in-depth analysis and develop actionable recommendations on the sector.

You will benchmark international practices, engage with stakeholders, and translate inputs into policy briefs and thematic notes aligned with client priorities.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Engineering disciplines (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy policy analysis.
• Strong policy writing and ability to frame options and trade-offs.

Preferred competencies / skills:

• Strong policy writing and ability to frame options and trade-offs.


• Research and benchmarking rigor.


• Stakeholder facilitation and synthesis into actionable outputs.

Location:

New Delhi, at client location.
