Weekday AI is seeking a Content Marketing Professional to own and scale our end-to-end content pipeline with a focus on podcast networks. You will drive production, distribution, and optimization of audio content across Bajaj Finance's internal channels and external platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of experience, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to leverage AI to accelerate content workflows. Location is Pune with a full-time schedule.

We are looking for a dynamic, agile, creative, and results-driven Content Marketing Professional to own and elevate our end-to-end content pipeline, with a specific focus on scaling our Podcast network. In this role, you will be the driving force behind producing, distributing, and optimizing high-impact audio content across Bajaj Finance's internal channels and external platforms. If you are a fast-paced creative who can deliver at scale, love cross-functional and agency collaboration, and know how to leverage AI to supercharge content workflows, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Content Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of content creation—from ideation, scripting, and production to post-production, compliance approvals, and distribution.
• Podcast Strategy & Execution: Act as the ultimate program manager for Bajaj Finance's podcast initiatives. Ensure seamless publishing, syndication, and promotion across external distribution platforms and internal digital properties.
• Playlist Curation & Management: Create, organize, and strategically manage playlists across streaming platforms and digital channels to maximize audience engagement and content discoverability.
• Agency & Vendor Management: Partner effectively with external agencies, production houses, and vendors to ensure seamless execution, high quality, and timely delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central bridge between diverse teams, including Tech, AI/Automation, Core Content, Design, Legal/Compliance, and Business Units to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery.
• Workflow Optimization via AI: Integrate modern AI tools and LLMs into the content workflow to accelerate research, scripting, automated transcription, and repurposing (e.g., turning long-form podcasts into shorts/reels/blogs).
• Deadline & Project Management: Navigate a high-velocity corporate environment, managing multiple content calendars simultaneously without compromising on quality or compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Creative Agility & Scale: High creative acumen with the ability to execute quickly and scale content operations efficiently in a high-growth environment.
• Agency Experience: Proven track record of working with and managing external agencies and external creative partners.
• Technical & Platform Know-How: Hands-on experience with podcast distribution tools, playlist curation across platforms (e.g., Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts), and content management systems.
