Job summary

Arting Digital Private Limited is hiring a Podcast Management Lead for The GB Show based in Mumbai. You will own end-to-end guest coordination, episode planning, production, publishing and promotion.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in podcast/content/media or influencer management, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strong organizational skills. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging episodes for a growing audience.

• Ensure timely recording, publishing, and promotion of episodes.
• Track podcast performance and audience engagement.
