Job summary

eClerx LLC seeks an Associate Process Manager – PMO (Marketing) to coordinate marketing operations and drive data-driven reporting. You will own AI-enabled process improvements, build dashboards in Excel, and liaise with marketing, program management, and leadership to align launch timelines and priorities.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years experience in program coordination, PMO, marketing operations, or business support in technology.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (dashboards, formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience with Marketing Operations processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for daily tasks and process improvement (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Experience building AI personas and prompt templates for business needs.
• Ability to compare AI tools for cost, accuracy, and data privacy.
• Experience setting up AI agents/workflows with data lookup, reasoning, task completion.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Associate Process Manager – PMO (Marketing) will support marketing operations for a technology organization. The role owns operational coordination, data-driven reporting, and process automation, while acting as a key liaison between marketing, program management, senior leadership, and external vendors. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and Microsoft 365 skills with practical, hands-on experience applying AI tools to streamline day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Launch & Marketing Operations

• Support product launch readiness activities and marketing operational requirements end-to-end
• Coordinate launch-related updates, documentation, and stakeholder communications across teams.
• Provide hands-on planning support for product launches, ensuring operational processes stay aligned with launch timelines and business priorities.
• Work closely with marketing, program management, and external vendors to execute launch deliverables on time.
• Perform Q/Q and Y/Y trend analysis, build advanced Excel dashboards, and deliver data-driven business insights to leadership.
• Consolidate data from diverse sources to support executive reporting and business decision-making.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes, enhance efficiency, and implement workflow optimizations.
• Support automation initiatives and practical AI implementation solutions using Microsoft 365, advanced Excel workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder & Leadership Management

• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• Coordinate seamlessly with senior leadership, providing regular status updates and proactively flagging operational risks or issues.
• Support leadership with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and project coordination activities.
• Participate in global meetings and coordinate effectively across multiple regions and time zones.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in Business, Marketing, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience in program coordination, PMO, marketing operations, or business support functions, preferably within the Technology industry
• Advanced proficiency in Excel – creating dashboard, formulas, pivot tables, and advanced data analysis and reporting
• Working knowledge of Marketing Operations processes, including coordination with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft 365 tool suite
• Hands on experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot for daily business tasks and process improvement
• Skilled in prompt engineering, including writing and testing prompts to get accurate and consistent results
• Experience building AI personas and ready to use prompt templates for different business needs
• Able to compare and pick the right AI tool for a task based on cost, accuracy and data privacy
• Experience setting up AI agents or workflows that combine data lookup, reasoning and task completion
• Proven ability to work with and present to senior leadership
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities; able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• User-level working knowledge of SharePoint (document management, site navigation, list/library usage)
• Hands-on experience with Workfront, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Power BI), or similar business/PMO tools
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization across multiple time zones
• Hands on experience on Agentic AI
• Agentic Architecture & Orchestration (Designing agentic loops, coordinator-subagent systems, and session states)
• Cloud Code Configuration & Workflows (Managing memory files, custom commands, and CI/CD pipelines)
• Prompt Engineering & Structured Output (High-precision prompts, JSON schemas, and self-correcting extraction)
• Tool Design & MCP Integration (Designing tool interfaces and integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers)
• Context Management & Reliability (Handling stateless API limitations, retry logic, and evaluation)
