Job summary

Grant Thornton Bharat Llp in Bengaluru seeks candidates for a Project Management Finance Operations & Planning PMO role. This C2H position requires immediate joining and coordination with multiple stakeholders across budgeting, planning, and month-end activities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel and Power BI skills, exposure to SAP and project planning tools, and an ability to manage end-to-end cycle planning within a fast-paced PMO environment in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including dashboards and multi-source reporting.
• Power BI expertise to build reports from Excel data.
• SAP tool exposure for project management and PR approvals.
• Experience with project planning tools or SAP equivalents.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end cycle planning including PO/SA month-end activities with managers.
• Project planning within systems: costs, resources, and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for month-end activities with program managers.
• Yearly budgeting exposure at project and BU levels.
• PR/PO management on vendor and customer sides; monthly data analysis.
• Adhoc PMO activities.

Job Description:

Technical Skills (Weightage :30 percentage):

• Strong Excel skills (creating standard dashboards, downloading reports from multiple sources, and building dashboards).
• Power BI expertise (ability to create reports in Power BI using Excel data).
• SAP tool exposure (Project Management & Purchase Requisition Approvals, downloading and extracting reports using T-Codes).
• Project Planning Tool experience (SAP or any equivalent tool).

Functional Skills (weightage - 70 percentage)

• Knowledge/exposure to end-to-end cycle planning (SA PO Month end Activities working with Managers Invoicing; handling queries and trackers).
• Experience in project planning within systems (project costs, resource assignments, and expense tracking).
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders for month-end activities (especially with Program Managers).
• Yearly budgeting exposure at both project and business unit levels.
• PR Management (vendor-side PR/PO approvals), contract management (SA setup & PO tracking on customer side), and detailed monthly analysis of system data (planning, SA & PO analysis).
• Other Misc PMO Activities ( Adhoc basis)
