Job summary

MMK Enterprises is seeking an experienced PMC Engineer for a 3-month contractual role at Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. The position is a night shift (12 hours) with extensions possible, supporting store operations and project execution.

The candidate will manage material stores, ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate with site teams, and uphold quality and safety standards in day-to-day maintenance and asset management.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in civil engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of PMC/engineering experience in civil projects.
• Experience with finishing, interiors, and retail fit-outs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stores maintenance and proper storage of materials.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and protect materials from damage or theft.
• Coordinate with PMC, contractors, vendors, and site engineers; verify material quality.
• Maintain GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and reports.

We are looking for an experienced PMC Engineer with strong exposure to store operations and maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing material stores, ensuring proper maintenance of inventory, coordinating with site teams, and supporting project execution as per quality and safety standards.

Maintenance & Asset Management

• Handle stores maintenance, including upkeep of storage areas, sheds, and equipment
• Ensure materials are protected from damage, theft, and weather conditions
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of store-related tools and infrastructure

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with PMC, contractors, vendors, and site engineers
• Verify material quality as per specifications and approved drawings
• Maintain all stores-related documents such as GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and reports
