Job summary

MMK Enterprises in Nellore and Hyderabad invites an experienced PMC Engineer for a 3-month contractual role, night shift (12 hours). The candidate should have 5+ years in civil PMC with BE Civil / B.Tech Civil, and exposure to finishing, interiors, and retail fit-outs.

You will oversee material stores, ensure inventory integrity, coordinate with PMC, contractors, vendors and site engineers, and support project execution in line with quality and safety norms, maintaining GRNs and related reports.

Qualifications

• BE Civil / B.Tech Civil with 5+ years relevant PMC experience.
• Experience in finishing, interiors, retail fit-outs.
• Willing to work night shifts and coordinate across sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage material stores and inventory, ensure storage areas and asset upkeep.
• Coordinate with PMC, contractors, vendors, and site engineers; verify material quality per drawings.
• Maintain GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and related documentation.

We are looking for an experienced PMC Engineer with strong exposure to store operations and maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing material stores, ensuring proper maintenance of inventory, coordinating with site teams, and supporting project execution as per quality and safety standards.

Maintenance & Asset Management

• Handle stores maintenance, including upkeep of storage areas, sheds, and equipment
• Ensure materials are protected from damage, theft, and weather conditions
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of store-related tools and infrastructure

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with PMC, contractors, vendors, and site engineers
• Verify material quality as per specifications and approved drawings
• Maintain all stores-related documents such as GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and reports
