Job summary

Randstad Digital seeks a Delivery Head, PLM to lead and scale the global PLM delivery organization across diverse customer portfolios and programs. You will own portfolio delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, drive operational excellence, and oversee financial performance across PLM engagements.

You will drive large-scale PLM and engineering transformation programs across multiple industries, partnering with sales and industry teams to advance strategic PLM initiatives and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in PLM, engineering transformation, and product development.
• Proven leadership scaling global PLM delivery teams across consultants, architects, delivery managers, and practice leaders.
• Strong understanding of PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP PLM, Aras, or similar enterprise engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the PLM delivery organization across global teams, customer portfolios, and strategic transformation programs.
• Own portfolio delivery, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, financial performance, resource utilization, and business outcomes across PLM engagements.
• Implement, support, and scale PLM and Engineering IT stacks as part of broader Digital Thread and engineering transformation programs.
• Drive large-scale PLM and Engineering OT transformation programs across aerospace, industrial machinery, network equipment, high-tech, and discrete manufacturing industries.
• Reposition PLM delivery as a core enabler of Digital Thread, Connected Digital Enterprise, decision velocity, closed-loop engineering, and autonomy-ready operations.
• Partner with sales, account, alliance, and industry teams to support strategic pursuits, solutioning, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion.

PLM connects product lifecycle, engineering data, and enterprise platforms across the engineering value chain. Within IAE, it provides the foundation for Digital Thread execution, lifecycle governance, engineering productivity, product quality, compliance, and faster realization of business value across product development, manufacturing, service, and operations. Delivery Head, PLM The Delivery Head leads and grows the global PLM delivery organization and is accountable for portfolio delivery, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, financial performance, and business outcomes across PLM engagements.

Your Profile / Capabilities

• Fifteen or more years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management, engineering transformation, and product development.
• Proven leadership experience managing and scaling global PLM delivery organizations across consultants, architects, delivery managers, and practice leaders.
• Strong understanding of PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP PLM, Aras, or similar enterprise engineering solutions.
• Ability to frame PLM and Digital Thread as business and product strategy capabilities tied to product velocity, productivity, quality, compliance, and time-to-market.
• Proven track record delivering large, multi-region transformation programs with executive stakeholder accountability.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, executive communication, talent development, and delivery excellence capabilities.

KPIs

• Delivery predictability and program governance metrics across PLM engagements.
• Portfolio revenue, margin, and resource-utilization performance against AOP.
• Customer satisfaction and renewal/expansion rate across strategic PLM accounts.
• AI/Gen AI adoption impact on engineering productivity, quality, and compliance outcomes.
