Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot HMI, readjust programs as needed.
• Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and automation-related breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot sensors, switches, valves, and actuators.
• Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs, servo motors, and stepper motors.
• Assist in automation upgrades and process improvements.
• Read electrical drawings, control panel drawings, and wiring diagrams.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PLC & Automation Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated machinery. The candidate should have basic knowledge of PLC systems, HMI, sensors, control panels, and industrial automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PLC-based automated machines.
• Work on PLC programming, monitoring, and modification using platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, or Delta.
• Handle HMI configuration, program modifications, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and automation-related machine breakdowns.
