Job summary

Intellectual Capital Hr Consulting is seeking a Platinum Relationship Manager for a private sector bank’s branch network in Mumbai’s western suburbs and the Vasai belt. The role focuses on current-account driven HNI liabilities and commercial assets within a branch.

You will source new customers, build trusted relationships with HNI clients, cross-sell banking products, maintain records, and coordinate with group companies to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of trade, forex and current accounts.
• Excellent understanding of commercial assets: cash credit, overdraft, term loans, export finance.
• Mutual funds and insurance understanding.

Responsibilities

• A private sector bank is hiring Platinum Relationship Managers on its own rolls for its branch banking network across the Mumbai western suburbs and the Vasai belt.

Key responsibilities:

• Source new bank customers through individual effort and through the acquisition channel; plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events
• Develop and maintain banking relationships with a select group of HNI customers through individualised service
• Maintain complete relationship records for assigned accounts; track complaints, queries and turnaround times
• Cross-sell bank products to the mapped existing branch customer set and inform customers of new products to widen the relationship
• Coordinate with other group companies for seamless service delivery
• Maintain high levels of customer service orientation and apply bank policy

Desired profile:

• A very good understanding of trade, forex and current accounts; very good understanding of commercial assets cash credit, overdraft, term loans and export finance; mutual funds and insurance understanding.

• The focus of this role is current-account-driven HNI liabilities and commercial assets within a branch, rather than wealth management.
