What Will You Get to Work On?

As a member of the core product team at Osfin.ai, you will:

• Build Core Platform Capabilities: Collaborate directly with founders and engineering leadership to define and ship foundational platform services across our transaction intelligence platform.
• Scale a Global PLG SaaS: Own the platform roadmap for reliability, extensibility, and international scale.
• Shape Platform Product Standards: Establish foundational API design principles, developer experience standards, and governance as the platform grows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with engineering, design, and business teams to translate complex FinOps requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• Platform & API Mastery: Demonstrate strong proficiency in API design, platform architecture, and system integration patterns, with a solid understanding of relational databases and RESTful services.
• Technical Depth & Scalability: Evaluate trade-offs in system design, working closely with engineering to solve performance bottlenecks and support global scale.
• High-Growth Startup Execution: Leverage prior experience in fast-paced startup environments to define, launch, and iterate on platform products with high agility.
• On-Site Collaboration: Work full-time from our office in Bengaluru to drive close-knit product and engineering alignment.
