Job summary

TVS Motor Company in Tamil Nadu is seeking a seasoned Platform Architect to own end-to-end vehicle platform development and drive platform architecture and integration across multiple products. You will lead Product Leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve QCD targets.

Responsibilities include collaborating with PMO, Marketing, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and CoCs; conducting TDR, DFMEA and milestone reviews; driving innovation and technology deployment; and building the leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Project Management/System Engineering certification preferred.

• Lead Product Leaders and govern platform projects.
• Drive platform architecture and integration.

• Build competencies of Product Leaders.
• Support Chief Engineer in portfolio planning.
