Job summary

TVS Motor in Hosur is seeking a senior Platform Development leader with 10-15 years in Automotive NPD, platform development and vehicle integration. You will own the end-to-end platform, drive architecture, commonality and modular design, and lead Product Leaders across functions to meet QCD targets.

You will coordinate with Marketing, PMO, Quality, Sourcing and Manufacturing to ensure robust platform delivery, milestone reviews and technology deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Project Management/System Engineering certification preferred.
• Required Experience: 10-15 years in Automotive NPD, Platform Development and Vehicle Integration.
