Job summary

TVS Motor is seeking a Platform Leader in Hosur to own end-to-end vehicle platform development, leading cross-functional teams and driving architecture, integration and technology deployment.

You will define the platform roadmap, collaborate with PMO, Marketing, Quality, Sourcing and Manufacturing, and drive innovation while building capabilities of Product Leaders. Strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 10-15 years of Automotive NPD, Platform Development and Vehicle Integration.
• Project Management or Systems Engineering certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform roadmap.
• Lead Product Leaders and govern platform projects.
• Drive platform architecture, integration, and commonality.
• Collaborate with PMO, Marketing, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing and CoCs.
• Conduct TDR, DFMEA and milestone reviews.
• Drive innovation and deployment of new technologies.
• Build competencies of Product Leaders.
• Support Chief Engineer in portfolio planning.
• Provide platform engineering and vehicle architecture guidance.
• Lead program management and stakeholder engagement.
