Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a complex distributed software application.
• Proven work experience as a Platform Infrastructure Engineer or SRE.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Expertise in Linux.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages, preferably Go or Python or Java.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of networking, data storage, and data backup.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement infrastructure for our cloud-based platform.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for availability.
• Develop tools to improve deployment and monitoring of applications.
• Use container orchestration services such as Kubernetes to manage deployments, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
• Develop tools to improve our ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor custom applications in a large-scale environment.
• Ensure critical system security through the use of best in class cloud security solutions.
