We're seeking a Platform Engineer - ServiceNow for a global role based in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will see you take on a strategic role within our engineering team, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform infrastructure. As Platform Engineer - ServiceNow, you will be instrumental in ensuring our platform operates at peak performance, scales effectively, and supports the organisation's digital transformation initiatives across multiple regions and business units.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in platform engineering, systems administration, or related roles within enterprise environments
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customisation
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, IT operations, and IT service delivery modules
• Proficiency in ing languages such as Java , Python, or Groovy for platform automation and integration
• Solid understanding of database management, API development, and system integration principles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualisation technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and develop pragmatic solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or equivalent qualifications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code principles is advantageous
• Knowledge of security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM) and data protection
