Job summary

enGen Global is seeking an experienced Planview Administrator to join our hybrid team in Chennai/Hyderabad. You will manage Planview users, security, workflows, and portfolios, while delivering governance analytics and executive dashboards.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of Planview experience, strong SQL skills on Planview databases, and expertise in Power BI/SSRS. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support quarterly releases and data quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Planview administration: users, roles, security, screens, menus, attributes, lookup tables, portfolios, resources, and financial structures.
• Configure lifecycles, Scripted Dialogs, workflows, approvals, notifications, and demand/project intake processes.
• Develop and support Power BI, SSRS dashboards, governance reports, and portfolio analytics.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot APIs, perform SQL analysis, and resolve production issues.
• Support quarterly releases, migrations, UAT, regression testing, and environment management.
• Drive data governance, platform cleanup, audit support, and technical debt reduction.
• Participate in governance boards, CAB reviews, and enhancement prioritization.
• 7 - 10 years of Planview Administration experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Planview administration: users, roles, security, screens, menus, attributes, lookup tables, portfolios, resources, and financial structures

• Experience with governance boards, CAB processes, and SaaS governance frameworks
