Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata is seeking a Planview SME to lead delivery and support for Planview. You will manage user accounts, roles, and configurations, while coordinating with Planview Customer Support for integrations and post-migration tasks.

The role emphasizes change and problem management, data picker attributes configuration, and monitoring of monthly releases to ensure system health and performance.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge on Planview administration along with basic Planview integrations knowledge.
• Should have knowledge on ITIL, ITSM, Change management, Problem management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive user account support, ensuring efficient management of user grants, creation of primary and alternate structures, and the establishment of column sets, OUCs, and roles in accordance with Planview tool requirements.
• Oversee the monitoring of job stream management, addressing ad-hoc reporting issues promptly, and facilitating the removal of projects as needed.
• Take charge of the configuration of data picker attributes, enabling new attributes, and making additions or modifications to existing system attributes.
• Manage and validate monthly releases of Planview Portfolios, performing necessary clean-up activities to optimize system performance.
• Provide dedicated support for Tasktop Hub integration, collaborating with Planview Customer Support for application-related issues.
• Ensure seamless support for the Planview tool post-migration, administer the tool as per business needs, including basic Planview integration, and cover essential ASG activities encompassing change management and problem management.
• Maintain awareness of SLAs and KPIs associated with application support, monitor infrastructure health, and troubleshoot incidents to uphold optimal functionality. This holistic approach aims to guarantee the efficient operation and enhancement of the Planview tool in alignment with organizational goals
