Qualifications

Graduate with Defence/paramilitary background
Total 17+ years of experience in security leadership
Retired defence services officer at senior ranks (Maj/Lt Col/Col) or ex-paramilitary at Sr./Jr. Commandant level

Responsibilities

Heading the security department and keeping it operational to avoid theft of materials and ensure a secure working environment.
Liaison with Police dept. and state government administration to maintain law & order at site.
Liaison with local leaders and project-affected villages to support intelligence networks and CSR initiatives.
Assist in emergency control measures and disaster management.
Maintain CCTV surveillance on a regular basis.
Implement highest health & safety standards as per DuPont guidelines/CHETNA.
Implement SI/JSA/SMS as per organizational guidelines.
Conduct security audits and review security setup.
Deploy security personnel and modern electronic equipment to mitigate risks.
Identify and coordinate training needs of team members and develop skills.
Continually engage in threat evaluation to ensure security of people and materials.

Liaisoning with local leaders and heads of project affected villages to help in development of an intelligence network and help in our company CSR initiatives.
