Job summary

Gamlaa in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Plant Procurement Lead to manage end-to-end plant sourcing across Bangalore and nearby markets. You will build strong supplier networks, negotiate terms and ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.

The role requires 6–10 years in plant procurement, excellent vendor management skills, and hands-on Excel/ERP proficiency. You will lead a procurement team and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize sourcing processes.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in plant procurement, nursery, horticulture, landscaping, agriculture or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of plant/nursery markets and supplier networks.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience in team management.
• Strong understanding of plant quality and specifications.
• Good Excel/ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of indoor & outdoor plants across Bangalore and nearby markets.
