Working Days & Hour s:Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

About the RoleWe are looking for hardworking and willing-to-learn individuals to join our manufacturing plant. You will work directly under a supervisor to help process our natural ingredients and package our premium products. Freshers and semi-skilled workers who are eager to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully sort, clean, and prepare raw herbs and plant materials.
• Operate basic manufacturing machinery (such as a pulveriser) under the strict guidance of the Plant Supervisor.
• Weigh, pack, and seal finished products cleanly and accurately.
• Maintain a strict level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace and around the machines.

Requirements (Who Can Apply)

• Education:Minimum 10th Standard pass.
• Language:Must be able to read and understand basic English (Mandatory).
• Experience:Semi-skilled or unskilled candidates can apply. You must have a positive attitude and be ready to learn new skills.
• Bonus:Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.

Compensation & Training

• Starting Salary (Probation):INR 8,500 per month.
• Probation Period:4 to 6 months of training and on-the-job learning.
• Confirmed Salary:After successful completion of the probation period, the salary will be increased to INR 10,000+ per month, depending on your performance, knowledge, and how quickly you learn to run the operations.
