Job summary

Zend Consulting Services seeks a seasoned Lead ATH & Alumina Manufacturing Operations head to steer large-scale operations in the mining and refinery sector. You will drive Bayer process improvements, own P&L, and lead expansion initiatives while ensuring safety, cost control, and ESG compliance.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in alumina/Bayer operations, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering OTIF, energy efficiency, and capital project execution in a large manufacturing setup.

Qualifications

• BE degree required.
• 15+ years in Alumina/Bayer/ATH operations.
• Plant Ops Head with mining and refinery leadership.
• Strong P&L, safety and process optimization expertise.
• Experience leading large manufacturing with OTIF deliveries, SCM and PPC.
• Energy management experience.
