Job summary

Zend Consulting Services seeks a senior mining leader to head opencast mining operations in Raipur. The role demands 15+ years in bauxite/coal/iron ore, strong leadership, and proven P&L and regulatory liaison capabilities.

You will drive safety, productivity and cost efficiency, manage contractors and stakeholders, and deliver EBITDA and key KPI improvements in a large mining group.

Qualifications

• BTech Mining; 15+ years in opencast mining (bauxite, coal, iron ore).
• Leadership in mining operations, compliance, safety and cost control.
• P&L experience and regulatory DGMS experience.
• Union management and govt liaison experience.
• Feedstock reliability and grade consistency.
• Bench experience.
